Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Oriental Motor PK244PDB-P5-C2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Science parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Panasonic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the 5060202ETES spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5001004 manufactured by Pacific-Science and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Science systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NA15PNJ by Manufacturer Panasonic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Parametrics Brand 600702 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Panasonic such as MFE0011B0MA equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7082400 made by Par-Systems as well as the popular HH9690S20KNTBP original spares produced by Pall

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM232BE17929 by Parker and MFE0011B0MA spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 506010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker.
